My Ode To Elegy Ahhh! It's been such a long time that I have not composed an original poem. It used to be an effortless activity, a gift from above for me to just sit down, write my thoughts into words and in just 5-10 minutes, boom! I need to harness that talent again. For pretty soon, my memories, just like the photographs, will soon fade away...  “Lord grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

Mi amigo, Dan,Thank you once again..I think, most of us, bloggers experience the same thing, when we look at something or someone, a sudden idea comes up, and we find ourselves typing every word that comes to mind, because a few minutes later, we will be distracted by other events that may take place anytime... Thanks Jo...I can relate so much into this prayer too. ALl my life, I knew that there are so many things I couldn't control, no matter what I do. But the kindness and generosity is up to me. I've worked so hard, and I shared most of the fruits of my labor to my loved ones, and even friends, because I know the feeling of those who are less fortunate. Life is full of struggles, and each one of us have our own cross to carry. I will carry mine till "HE" lifts it up for me. I understand, that each day of my life, nothing can happen to me that both HE and I, together, cannot handle. Just call me ELZ

Each one of us have our own gifts, like you do have that special blogging talent as well. Just like a pen, you GLIDE easily. There are many people who received their "gifts", but they refuse to open them. Why? they believe in saving their best for last..Just call me ELZ

You have all the "jewels" who make you happy Bestest friend..I only have one, and he is no longer with me. So, literally, I've been ALONE...But thanks for friends like you who give me company daily here at FFF and occasionally in the REAL world.. Just call me ELZ
