On the contrary....   I do exercise sporadically and is limited to mostly zumba dancing. I live a simple life, and if I indulge, it's mostly clothings, shoes, and traveling. I am not pressured to look my best at all times. I wear shorts and slippers or rugged jeans, without make-up going to the supermarket or even to the mall. Sometimes, people think I don't have money to pay for the merchandise that I have because of my humble looks. They even look down on me at times..But do I care? NO! It's funny, because these are the same people that I sometimes encounter in some parties, and they don't even recognize me...If I can only tell them to MOVE OVER!...Hahahahaha! You see, that's the sad part. People mostly judge you by the way you look on the outside. Hence, everyone wants to look their best, because they are not contented with what they have and who they are. They worry about what other people will say, and you wonder why they have wrinkles?...When I tell people about my golden age, with wide eyes, they ask me: "What? you are in your 50's?"...And I say to them: "Do you really expect golden girls to be fat, wrinkled, home-based, doing crochet or cross-stiching, if not, taking care of grandchildren?"My point is, you are what you think, feel, and believe you are. I am very realistic that I'm already a golden girl, and I value my roots, but that doesn't mean that I will live my life from the past and STOP from there...I am in touch with the new generation, and blend well, not necessarily embracing it entirely, and I still have a spare flexibility to adapt to what tomorrow will bring...If these are the secrets to staying young, then, I JUST SPILLED IT!  ...And oh, by the way, the top secret to staying SEXY is being SEX-free! Elz, Good morning!!! That's what i can't believe teenagers doing retoke??? They still have far to go and features change in time. For me fighting w/ the tambok tummy. And doing Zumba just one day. Our company pres wants to pay for it for the wellness program. But, the other workers are too darn tired after 8hrs and cooking and taking care of kids. Well that's there exercise. I love food too much to say no. Kaya walang discipline. There are a lot of competition out there to look super great. But, the price going under the knife and recovery stage. This one lady in Hollywood regrets having it done coz the pain. While Michael got so addicted and look what happen to his face??? Now FFF won't accept my blog. Always losing connection. So, am here just to reply. Whatever you're doing Elz, keep it up!!! Have a great sunday!!!   Greatest feelings in the world when two souls profess a love for each other...

Zumba is good and relaxing. It makes me sleep better and gives me more energy. I will have to enroll to another gym because the one that I used to go to already closed...Keep up the good work, Tess! You don't need any enhancements that for sure Ate Elz. Sexy legs from both and your face is lovely also. On the contrary I think you're photogenic. Photogenic doesn't mean you've to smile. Just look at those models who posed like emos. At the very least, you can just buy supportive bras and one of those body shapers (underwear clothing) to tuck the tummy in. Although I've been told it could be uncomfortable. I might even consider wearing one some day. There isn't much point worrying too much about our bodies because it will inevitably get weak with age.   within each one of us, and let it begin with me (and each one of us)..one breath at a time.
