Funny Anecdote #2 Jul 26, 2009 10:04 pm

The teacher was telling the kids about the the birds and the bees and she explained that when a man and a woman meet and fall in love, nine months late the stork usually brings them a little baby from its nest.

Little Johnny at the back of the class put his hand up and asks the teacher, are you sure about the stork, miss?

"Cos my big sister just got a little baby and said it was from a shag at the beach"!!!

"What ever you give a woman", she will make greater.

"If you give her sperm", she'll give you a baby.

"If you give her a house", she'll give you a home.

"If you give her groceries", she'll give you a meal.

"If you give her a smile", she'll give you her heart.

She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her.

So, if you give her any crap, be ready to receive a ton of sh#t.

My Exciting Date..Who Would Know? Jul 23, 2009 6:22 pm

Do you have a funny dating experience?

I was talking to a friend today over coffee about dating bloopers. I have my own collection of funny dates, still makes me laugh when I remember it. However one stands out among the rest. In 1997 I was still working in a management consultancy office and I had a crush! We became friends easily.

He was the type every woman would fall for. Tall, dark, handsome and a great dresser. He was a gentleman and a gentle man. When we are walking, he would support me by the arm and lead me as we cross the street. In a restaurant, he would pull out the chair for me. He was a such a darling and I really thought I hit the jackpot that time.

One day he asked me out to dinner, just the two of us, and I was so happy. He took me to an expensive restaurant. While we waited for our orders, he held my hand and looked straight in my eyes. My heart was pounding as I waited for him to say something sweet. Then he uttered "I want you to know that... I am gay". I swore I heard a loud screeching sound somewhere. My world just fell apart, I was speechless and I think this is how I looked at that time ---->

The company where we worked has strong discrimination against gay workers. He said he'd been having a hard time putting up a front such as acting and sounding like a real man. He said he just had to tell me his secret so he would feel much better. Then he teased me saying "You never would have guessed I was gay... I hope you didn't have a crush on me", which I replied with a big lie "Hell nooooo!" That night, me and my new "galfriend" stayed for a few drinks and "men watching". He suggested we play a little game of picking out (on our own) our ideal type of men from the crowd of yuppies inside the resto/bar. Turned out we even had the same taste in men! What a crazy night! Well we became close friends. Moral of the story: If you can't have 'em as a boyfriend, make 'em your girlfriend!

I have nothing against gays. Gay friends are way too cool. They are so much fun to be with. I have many gay friends who are famous couturier/fashion designers.

Do you have a funny dating experience? What's your most unforgettable dating bloopers?

GUESS Who`s Birthday is It??? Jul 23, 2009 8:48 am

Our life consists of different milestones that we often celebrate such as birthday, wedding anniversary, engagement, a new job, a new house, etc... How about celebrating your life? When you're having a nice day, or just feeling happy and dandy? How about when you're feeling things are going your way?

According to survey the top killer in any given time and place is cardiovascular-related diseases. Fifty percent (50% ) of deaths in America is caused by heart disease. Other contributors to this disease is stress and hypertension.

I have met a business associate who I really admire. You never can tell if she's having a tough time as she is always happy and laughing. Which made me think about my own life. Maybe I am too serious about life and worry so much about the future. Yes I may be laughing most of the time but I tend to be a tight a** when I have a problem at work or at home that would put Da Vinci's career to shame if he wanted to capture me in my "down" moment.

Anyway I read an article about loving and celebrating life so I realized they had a point. It doesn't always have to be someone's birthday or anniversary to call for a celebration. And it doesn't have to be a big party or a candle-lit dinner in a plush restaurant. You can do it right at home with your family or close friends or go to a park. Just get out there and celebrate your life! Just be thankful for being alive and well today.

How about you are you celebrating life as much as you should? Any economical (cost-effective) and fun tips you wanna share for those interested to bring a little change in their lifestyle?

I Saw A Fairy Fly!!! LOOK!!!! Jul 22, 2009 8:20 am

I used to believe that fairies were real
(who didn't believe that when they were young? )
.....................
I would make fairy houses in our garden and hoped
that some would come and live in it.
And that was long ago....and far away.
...............

...............................................
............................................
Now, sometimes, my mind would wander
off into a world of make-believe....an escape
from the harsh realities of life....free from
pain.......free from the worries of every day's
existence. I soar into a wonderful world where

fairies fly and leave trails of stardusts behind
them. Where I could be a child again....
at least for a few moments.
