Have you ever seen an uncut diamond?
It doesn't look attractive...
only like a bead of dirty frosted glass.
But once the goldsmith have "cut" it,
it's a transparent, sparkling marvel.
That's how many of us are;
so many God-given talents
so much goodness and goodwill,
but hidden, covered, spoiled, "uncut."
Almost always, there are just small things
that hide the precious diamonds in us:
criticizing everything that others do,
boasting about yourself and your exploits,
being a poor loser in a game,
always talking about your ailments,
not listening to people talking to you, or
elbowing others aside to get the first place.
Give the poor diamond within you a chance.
Don't wait until tomorrow,
let people around help you to cut it:
your loved ones, your friends,
your neighbors...all those who are around
you are often good "cutters",
listen and let them "cut."
WHEN YOU ARE CUT WELL,
YOU BECOME A SPARKLING DIAMOND,
WORTH STEALING!!!!

We take each day and do our best
Sometimes it seems like an endless test

Lets make it grow, let’s plant more seeds

When i was a child , i used to sing this but i can only relate it`s meaning in my life right now....

Most of us meet a lot of people.
We have acquaintances.
But how many of them
do we really know?
Isn't it true that our knowledge
of most of them remain superficial?
They remain to us names and faces
and we rarely give them a second thought.
Unless we are really withdrawn people
we'd like to know many,
to have many that we call friends.
How to go about it?
It is not merely by trying to learn more
about their person, their families,
their jobs and hobbies and habits;
such knowledge is only factual
and intellectual.
To really know people
and to make them our friends,
we have to know them with the heart.;
WE HAVE TO LOVE THEM.
Yes, I BEGIN TO KNOW YOU
WHEN I LOVE YOU,
THEN I CAN KNOW YOU.
It all begins with love
and is confirmed and strengthened
by LOVE!!!
