[post 64660] <<<-- pls,

I never anticipated the extent that you′d be,
As inspiring an angel, as you′ve been to me,
And I never ever thought that we could do,
So much together as friends, me with you.

The world′s truly been a much nicer place,
With you in my days, the smile on your face,
You′re like a rainbow, endless colours and hue,
Brightening my life a friend right through.

Thank you my dear, just for being yourself,
And for lifting me down, from a dusty old shelf,
Yes the world′s indeed been a much nicer place,
Having you in my days, the smile on your face.

Yes you′re a gift, within your self,
You′re a sweet Angel in disguise,
Compassion and your special care,
It′s a gift from Heaven up there..

Thank you, my dear lolo,
my friend, till we meet again..

Do not forget
the people
who meant
the most
to you.

Forget the
ones who
hurt you
most and
did nothing
but flee..

And now we are at the end of the road,
No time to look back and no where to go,
I must say good bye and make it forever the end,
You will always be in my heart and forever a friend.

4 years: My Daddy can do anything!
7 years: My Dad knows a lot…a whole lot.
8 years: My father does not know quite everything.
12 years: Oh well, naturally Father does not know that either.
14 years: Oh, Father? He is hopelessly old-fashioned.
21 years: Oh, that man-he is out of date!
25 years: He knows a little bit about it, but not much.
30 years: I must find out what Dad thinks about it.
35 years: Before we decide, we will get Dad's idea first.
50 years: What would Dad have thought about that?
60 years: My Dad knew literally everything!
65 years: I wish I could talk it over with Dad once more.

"Oceans apart, day after day, and I slowly go insane.
I hear your voice on the line, but it does not stop the pain.
If I see you next to never, then how can we say forever?
Wherever you go, whatever you do, I will be right here waiting for you.
Whatever it takes, or how my heart breaks, I will be right here waiting for you.
I took for granted all the time that I thought would last somehow.
I hear the laughter, I taste the tears, but I can't get near you now.
Oh can't ya see it baby, you've got me going crazy.
Wherever you go, whatever you do, I will be right here waiting for you.
Whatever it takes, or how my heart breaks, I will be right here waiting for you.
I wonder how we can survive this romance
But in the end if I'm with you, I'll take the chance!
Oh can't ya see it baby, you've got me going crazy.
Wherever you go, whatever you do, I will be right here waiting for you.
Whatever it takes, or how my heart breaks, I will be right here waiting for you."

New Year’s Reflections

Looking back on the months gone by,
As a new year starts and an old one ends,
We contemplate what brought us joy,
And we think of our loved ones and our friends.

Recalling all the happy times,
Remembering how they enriched our lives
We reflect upon who really counts,
As the fresh and bright new year arrives.

And when I ponder those who do,
I immediately think of you.
Thanks for being one of the reasons,
I'll have a Happy New Year!

Little Red Man

There was a little red man who lived in a little red house on a little red street in a little red town. Now this little red man wanted to take a little red shower so he put his little red towel on the little red towel rack. Just as he was about to get in, the little red doorbell rang.

So he put his little red towel around his little red waist and went to the little red door. He opened the little red door and there stood a woman. Just then a big gust of wind came and blew the little red towel away. The woman screamed, ran accross the road and got hit by a car.

The moral of the story?
Never run accross the road when the little red man is flashing..

Christmas Day

I heard the bells on Christmas Day
Their old, familiar carols play,
And wild and sweet
The words repeat
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!
And thought how, as the day had come,
The belfries of all Christendom
Had rolled along
The unbroken song
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

Till, ringing, singing on its way
The world revolved from night to day,
A voice, a chime,
A chant sublime
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

Then from each black, accursed mouth
The cannon thundered in the South,
And with the sound
The Carols drowned
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

And in despair I bowed my head;
‘There is no peace on earth,’ I said;
‘For hate is strong,
And mocks the song
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!’

Special Friends

Sometimes in life, you find a special friend. Someone who changes your life just by being a part of it. Someone who makes you laugh until you can't stop. Someone who makes you believe that there really is good in the world. Someone who convinces you that there really is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open it. This is forever friendship. When you're down and the world seems dark and empty, your forever friend lifts you up in spirit and makes that dark and empty world suddenly seem bright and full. Your forever friend gets you through the hard times, the sad times and the confused times. If you turn and walk away, your forever friend follows. If you lose your way, your forever friend guides you and cheers you on. Your forever friend holds your hand and tells you that everything is going to be okay. And if you find such a friend, you feel happy and complete because you need not worry. You have a forever friend, and forever has no end..
