No matter how much I make myself believe that I have changed, overall, I am the same little girl inside who misses the "good old days." I miss my good old self, my friends, my hometown.
I am coming back home to visit my hometown, Zamboanga, very soon. I'm excited because I'm bringing my little boy with me, to whom I'd like to introduce the beautiful seas of Zamboanga. Unlike me who enjoyed the little crustaceans and corals along the shore, my baby has just been exposed to swimming pools in the city. I'd for him to see himself someday enjoying salty waves and sand, and collecting sea shells.
My baby is also a water sign like mommy. I know he'd appreciate the same little joys mommy had when she was little.

My baby is a big boy now at almost 2 years old. I miss him being so small. He now enjoys playing with his toy cars, and doesn't seem to mind mommy anymore. But I'm happy to know that when I'm away and he saw Eula Valdez or Donita Rose on TV, he would say excitedly "Mommyyy!" hihi...

July 3, 2010 - It's not the best resort I've been to, but it's memorable because it's bonding time for me, my baby, yaya, Trishi and "Daddy Tots."
I love the experience of just being mommy. No cares. No inhibition. In a way, I understand when people say happiness sometimes comes at the right time and place, and with the right people.
Jelo's been uttering a lot of words now like
"E-pi!" (Jollibee)

e-mo (Elmo)
bop-bop (Sponge Bob)
eh-ni (Ernie)
fah-wer (flower)
sun (sun)

Zero views? WTH is happening to efefef? Some of my best online experiences are here...and now there's no one to have a real chat with here...
Anyway, I'm here to keep "track of life." Last year was terrible-the lowest of my lowest points in life. The first half of this year is not so terrible. Astrology promised me a better second half of the year. So far, all wishes in my wish book have come true, including what was meant to be a joke. If this trend continues, then I will travel outside the country this year. God knows where I want to go.
Anyway, speaking about wishes, I said I wanted to see my favorite band. I had HIM (His Infernal Majesty) in mind. I didn't expect to see Dashboard Confessional this week. Thanks to my cousin for tagging me along. I felt a wave of relief overcome me as I listened to a familiar tune live. Being the sentimental that I have always been, I couldn't help but notice young couples sway to my favorite tunes...he should have been there with me. "Stolen" was for him...
Aside from the international trips, I also expect to branch out this year. If it was only allowed in the wish book, I would wish for something general, like, I wish to be happy...because I do not know how to right now.

For the first time, my baby crawled to my stomach and lay there. In a minute, he was asleep.

There were times in the past when it was easy for me to laugh. Was I borne to be sad? I am always sad, and honestly, I do not know why when I have so many reasons to smile... I told my best friend, Carrie (and she has never seen me falter like this before) that I find it hard to smile...that I feel trapped even if I wanted to fly. I do not see any reason for living.
People say that, in God's time, He will give us what we want. My problem is that I do not know anymore what I want, although I can come up with a long list. I pray for Divine intervention to redirect my life and give me reason to smile...to make me stop crying...
