Sorrow is a part of our existence. Even the best and strong among us cannot escape feeling sad at times. It is when you are feeling sad that you develop new insight about yourself and grow. Anonymous

Most of my friends know only the structured side of me which i believe is quite dominant. However, i do have a spontaneous component In split second, i still remember when i had decided to join a group tour to Macau, Hongkong & Shenzhen last year. I saw the package was so cheap so i didnt have a second thought about it. I filed my VL then the next day i packed my things and headed to the airport. i only knew one person from the group and it was like u were with foreign tourists because the rest were from Pampanga, they use their provincial dialect and when they talked to me thats the only time they spoke in Tagalog. When we arrived in Macau, the tourist guide was waiting for us and only there where we learned who joined the tour although we flew on the same aircraft....we were 13 not a good number for Chinese BTW, the plane was not high tech (eg. jet) it was profeler aircraft no wonder the package was cheap anyways it wasnt the worse plane i ever experienced. Then the hectic itinery begun...we had a compulsary itinerary. the travel agency brough us to Disneyland Hongkong...various museums then to jewel factories, silk factory, store selling tea, even beauty creams gosh all for tourist prices. We wanted to go to where the cheapest stores are but they wont let us change the itinerary. Only the last day they gave us option to pay the travel agency HK$100 each of us for them to bring us to cheap markets. Ow, in case you travel there pls note that in Hongkong most stores dont accept Chinese dollar only Hongkong dollar and vice versa...so if you go to Hongkong and planning to go as well in Shenzhen just take note of different currency. Otherwise, u will lose a lot on forex transactions.

People need people and friends need friends And we all need love for a full life depends Not on vast riches or great acclaim, Not on success or on worldy fame, But just in knowing that someone cares And holds us close in their thoughts and prayers.

Let me be the first to greet you a Happy happy Birthday my dear sister! Although you seldom visit FFF and even if you do... you are too shy to leave a message, just know that i am so proud of you as a mother of your 2 kids. You are able to balance your family and your career as a CPA. You have been a very caring daughter too for our parents. I am so thankful you live near them though it means you are so far from me. I missed our times together when you were still single but i do understand. Please always remember i love you so much. Happy 34th birthday Tess! muahh

I was in Dubai for 3 days, although i dont know anyone there i was able to maximize my travel and enjoyed my trip. I used to join group tour but going solo is not bad at all. Actually, i covered a lot of places more than i could if i were in a tour. Dont miss Safari desert if you happened to visit the country and of course beach...one of the amazing things there is the Palm tree shape island, it is so beautiful to gaze on it from the plane. Well, this is my first blog entry while here in the middle east and i'm wishing you all a scorching afternoon!
