happy mother's day shine-- uwi ka na kasi!

A healthy friendship changes and grows ‒ i.e. it is dynamic. How do we know if it is alive or not? It must be growing and changing constantly. A healthy friendship will encourage personal growth as well as allow both parties to explore safely with new ideas and experiences.

I am glad you had contact with your kids for Mother's day, and I hope things get sorted out for you. In our house, it's hard to relate the importance of Mother's day to our boy. He knows his Mommy takes medicine every day and goes to the doctor every once in a while, then has to lie abed for a couple of days, but he doesn't understand that every passing Mother's day (even every passing day) with his mother in his life is precious and can never be recaptured.

We don't need to be sad. Life is too short to spend it not celebrating each and every day. I would just like to get that message across to the ones I love.
