 Shine, we learn our lessons through all the experiences each day....Always bear in mind that people can be real alligators and where a huge amount of settlement is involved, you can almost be rest assured that no one wants to give someone what is due him/her...Your former employer is not a dummy...He knows that you do not live in Saipan, and he knows that your stay is limited...He will do everything he could to "delay" your settlement until you "default"...For some reasons, I kinda anticipated this thing to happen...Dirty Politics is everywhere Shine...and for a sweet woman like you, you could always fall as a prey anytime..We are here to give you the moral support that you need...You tried all that you could to fight for what you think you were owed and what is due you..Unfortunately," Life is almost always, NOT FAIR..."....I do not want to sound negative about the outcome of all these, but it would be a very good lesson for you to learn, and whatever is the outcome, your family, relatives and friends are anxiously waiting for you to be HOME...

A healthy friendship changes and grows ‒ i.e. it is dynamic. How do we know if it is alive or not? It must be growing and changing constantly. A healthy friendship will encourage personal growth as well as allow both parties to explore safely with new ideas and experiences.
