When I Called Them For Termination
Recently, I am encountering problems with Globelines Broadband connection. It's been days that there was completely no connection. I was absent in the internet world for quite awhile. I've been calling them for repair but no one came. Eversince I had this broadband connection I can't remember a time that I was satisfied with their service. This afternoon I finally called them for the termination of my subscription. They told me that they don't entertain such transaction over the phone so they advised me to go to the nearest Globelines office. Just when I put the phone down...lol...I saw on the broadband modem the 4 lights, meaning I am getting the internet connection. What could that mean? How would the Globelines people explain that to me?

Now, I have another internet provider,,, seems okay and I hope this is better than Globelines Broadband.
