Broadband???... Bad Service



BROADBAND CONNECTION




I have my Globelines Broadband connection since June of 2007 but I couldn't remember a time when the connection was really great. I don't think there is a problem with my computer because I've gotten a new one. What is very upsetting is when I am in the middle of a very good chat, all of a sudden I get a disconnection. I've been calling 173 (customer service) and they always give me the same reply like, "Ma'am there is an undergoing restoration in your place."...lol... I told them I am fed up of that same alibi why can't they give me another reason which can be valid?

Oh well, I am thinking of giving them another chance, if the service is still the same then I will have this discontinued and get another internet provider.

I hope they will be looking into the interests of their , not just think of their own profits. Afterall, it's the people who are making their business work.

lol i agree with you. Welcome to the club hun. I even got some of their maintenance people in their apartment because sometimes i get disconnected when i answer my phone and DSL connection isn't supposed to do that
The only reason why i am sticking with them is that i don't want to wait for another two weeks for a different ISP install the new internet connection.

Yes, we expect much about their connection only to get frustrated about their bad service. I hope they really would look into this matter, lol...I've started telling my students and co-teachers about my dissatisfaction on the globelines service...lol...one of my co-teachers got the other company instead of them.
