accident Well tonight I missed chatting with my hon because I was in a car accident and I had to go to the hospital for medical attention. My truck is probably a write off sad to say. I loved my truck. Not near as much as I love my Pizza girl but still I really was very happy with my truck. Myself I am ok, just needed stitches nothing too serious but what a scary thing to have happen. I try to be careful always but accidents do happen. I was wearing a seat belt or surely I would have received more serious injuries. But this accident will cause much problems for me. First thing I will have to miss a weeks work and that is time that I can't make up as I am very very busy currently. Secondly I have no truck now which I must have for work. This is a big problem. And now i also have no way to get to town to deal with these issues. Well poor me... but I am thankful that I was not seriously Injured. I guess my guardian angel is still with me. THANK YOU GUARDIAN ANGEL! |

if its not your time, its not.. maybe you have a mission to accomplished first so think about it << things happen for a reason.. your life is more precious than ur truck but i know what u mean when u say u need it.. i hope u are insured comprehensively.. anyway, things have a way of turning alright in the end.. be safe & be happy w/ ur pizza girl

Rndyman I empathize with your situation. I suffered a catastrophic fatality accident in my tractor/trailer a four years ago. Please talk to your insurance agent about your options and what will be covered. I do not have enough to go on - but you may be able to get a lease/rental in the short term. I would suggest for your business sake that you do this immediately. Also, For your business, get on the telephone NOW!!! You may be able to negotiate with customers a rescheduling of the projects. Consider subcontracting out your labor needs, hiring other crews or hiring help to pick up the slack. NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO WORRY ABOUT COSTS !!! You may lose the income - BUT YOU WONT LOSE THE BUSINESS, NOR WILL YOU LOSE THE CUSTOMERS!!!! FOLLOW THE DOCTORS ORDERS !!!! Follow the insurance agents ORDERS !!! Follow your lawyers ORDERS !!! Have a conversation with your BANKER !!! Its after the fact, The shock of it all still hasn't hit. It'll come soon enough. Get your sleep. Worrying won't solve anything. Planning and problem solving will give you focus. Now is the time to get out of your house. Now is when YOU INVITE YOURSELF over to your friends house for dinner. Spend time with family and church fellowship. LACK OF TRANSPORTATION IN NOT AN EXCUSE !!! All of these people love you and, OH, by the way, they all have vehicles and a six-pack in the fridge. Hang in there, Ladytop, isn't really crying because of the accident. She's crying from the shock of the possibilities. She's crying a lot from knowing that she can't be there for you. In reality, she is with you always and that is what sustains you. Reassure her by communicating that you're doing all of the above and using all this extra free time to write some juicy "XXX" letters. Hang in there bud !! God Blessed you with ANGELS today !
