Happy New Year!!! It feels like ages since I last wrote an entry. I definitely definitely miss writing here. And I miss all the wonderful friends who drop by and share a word of wisdom. You all make stopping by here worthwhile. I wonder, how you all are doing? I'm definitely enjoying the new year especially with my new baby. The cool air makes it seem like an extended Christmas season in Manila. I'm a person who likes Christmas so much. Nah...I did nothing special for the season, but would like to have a very fruitful and happy year this year. New year's resolution? One and two. Make lots of money and travel. Three. Make a longer list of things to do. Anyway, HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone! |

Getting better. Nice of you to stop by. Are you bottle feeding or the other or both? "Show me the money" Let's make some money but for now I'll have to wait and bear with my minimum weekly wage because can't go back to work extra hours until next week. Oh well I better find something useful to do for the moment, eg. read and organize my half of our bedroom. When you get the chance to travel, let me know when you're nearby. Wishing you a healthy new year.

When I remember, what was that about being fat? lol It's normal to put on weight, more often than not and less women lose weight during pregnancy. For instance, my married best friend used to be skinny in her early 20's then put on normal weight for her height later. When she gave birth to her first child, she returned to normal weight very quickly. By the time she had her second she put more weight on, she felt bad about it, so she worked hard to lose weight and is losing weight to this day more than normal because she wants to weigh much less before she has another child. And generally women are hard on themselves about the way we look. Sometimes it goes as far as not just about how we look but also how it makes us feel inside and I hope you're feeling fine. See you around.

I tell the dad that - "Show me the money! Baby needs to buy milk." Ang mahal ng milk! And my baby feeds a lot. huhu... I do both breastfeed and bottlefeed bc I don't have enough milk. Yeah, let's make more money. hehe...Blogging is useful as it helps gain friends (and make money..lol) Why can't you go back to work? Sorry, I've been missing out on a lot of things. It's definitely a more healthy start of year for me- change of lifestyle as I'm now a mom. I wish you the same, sis!

Two years ago, I weighed as much as I weigh now. I was right to keep all my large-sized clothes. Unlike many women, I do not worry much about not losing the extra weight as I was able to do it before. Breastfeeding can burn a lot of the mom's calories, but like in my case, I went back to work only after a month so I can't breastfeed full time. All the chocolates in the fridge does not help, too. Lucky for moms who can stay at home. But you know what, thanks for the thought. I do have the tendency to be hard on myself. I wonder if it's my usual self to feels down sometimes, or if it's just post partum depression. It helps a lot if the people around you are supportive. Happiness wavers. Very human of you to feel down now and again like myself. Good to know. As you know I'll be around, providing I still have internet connection.
