Better Days

I don't have the writer's block, but I do have the 'tamaditis' that I can't write a more decent entry. I had 5 days of no work - Holy Thursday (how the Holy Week in the Phils has drastically changed from solitude at home to partying at Puerto Galera) to Day-off Monday (I simply do not want to 'feel' the sudden rush of people from the provinces), and I feel more fueled now especially after doing the things I've been wanting to do - swimming, gym, pray, massage, watch tv, cuddle up with my bf, laugh with my family, girl stuff, and marketing for my own company (Did I just write a run-on sentence?)

While people say 'It's all in the mind', how things go is also in the body. I have been charging myself with vitamins and healthy food. I have cut off my smoking from 15 to 3 sticks a day, sometimes even none at all. Beer has been replaced by milk. Trips to the bar were replaced by a visit to the church or a walk by the bay area, with good company of course.

No more bad entries, a good friend told me. I guess, they too will be written in a more positive light. This, I assume, is a result of courage to move on with life and being ecstatic about it.

Hope you'll have better days yourself, friends.

Busy ka lang ata Ate. Sa tingin ko hindi ka sobrang tamad, pagod lang.

Thanks a lot for keeping in touch, my fave sister.

By the way, one of the blog was for you. Maybe you've guessed this.

I don't mind reading bad entries if it helps you. I write them too.

Fuel the mind, body and soul. Yey, keep up the good work!

within each one of us, and let it begin with me (and each one of us)..one breath at a time.

Hi Rob! I'm glad you still visit my blog. How have you been? I wish I could be online more often. Sigh... I wish you are also better in whichever way. Lemme see that smile
