Thanksgiving

Well here I am just got back from my Thanksgiving dinner. Imagine that, living in a middle eastern country and the owner of the compound that I live on, is giving us a dinner. Well could it be because we are paying him so much money to live here, that he wants to give something back? So tell me how do you celebrate a special day were you are at.

 i'm just guessing that maybe his family is hundred/thousand miles away and he wants to celebrate Thanksgiving with the people closer/closest to him...and one of them is you!

whether his only purpose was to give you something back...it' still so nice of him to have invited you to dinner...coz almost all people usually spend it with their families!

Well I doubt it that his family is away. He is from here and lives here. What I do think is because he wants us to feel good because we are away from our families. Not all people are bad from here, that is for sure.
