nothing's wrong with my taste bud...

i like apple/s (yes, the fruit!) but i don't and can't appreciate apple pie and apple juice. i really love the cinnamon roll (of cinnabon) but it's weird how just the smell of cinnamon in almost all food (except cinnamon roll) makes me vomit.

i have a very sensitive taste bud that it, most of the times, doesn't appreciate unfamiliar food or stuff that i didn't (normally) eat back in the philippines. how i envy those people who can almost eat anything with gusto!

i do understand that, like how unique my own fingerprints are from others, i have a taste bud that is very much unique from the rest. yeah, it always disappoints me but i know it should not stop me from trying out foreign dishes. and i believe that the best way to do it is to introduce this weird taste bud of mine to all these food little by little until it gets used to them. anyways, practice is what makes everything perfect.

For a guy that likes anything with cinnamon in it, I'm sorry for you and your poor taste buds. I even like it in my coffee. Keep trying.
Keep up the adventurous spirit. I'll try anything ONCE! Dave

Hebrews 10;24-25: And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works; Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one anothe: and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching.

I love baking apple crumble pies which I often give as birthday gifts to my cousins and nieces.I add cinnamon powder to my oatmeal,it's one of the good flavors.

There are really some people who doesn't like the taste of some spices like curry, paprika, etc. All I could say, you're missing a lot of good spices and flavorings added to cooked and baked foods.
