What flowers mean to women...... ...Valentine's Day is near, and most women are wondering if they will receive bouquet of flowers from their suitors/lovers/boyfriends/spouses...To some, it becomes quite a pressure, specially in the workplace where almost everyone receives flowers regardless of where they came from. The pressure is such that some women admit to buying themselves their own flowers and have them delivered at workplace to avoid "self-pity". Wow! that is pathetic!...You really have to fool yourself, just so others will believe...It happens every year, I see it even in the hospital where I work...Some couples even fight just because the guy did not send the woman flowers...ME? I don't really care...Not that I don't love flowers, but what can I do? Most definitely, NOT TO BUY ME a floral arrangement...hahahhahaa!  HAVE A WONDERFUL, FLOWERFUL, VALENTINE'S DAY, EVERYONE!  Just call me ELZ  |

hahaha ikaw talaga hihihi bina basted mo sila! but really when my first mothers day of the year i buy a flowers for myself but only to my house not to show the public... its because my baby is just a new born only one time i treat myself  ...happy being a mom  The most beautiful thing can not b seen & touched it must felt with heart

hahaha ikaw talaga hihihi bina basted mo sila! but really when my first mothers day of the year i buy a flowers for myself but only to my house not to show the public... its because my baby is just a new born only one time i treat myself ...happy being a mom   Just call me ELZ

Marivic, I've seen so many dramas each time it's V-tine day...hahahhaa!...sometimes, it's like a contest..Palakihan at pagandahan ng flower arrangements..The equivalent to 2 weeks grocery na.. But hey!...like I said, if everyone else received something, it really puts a pressure on those who don't.Just call me ELZ

And sometimes, I feel sorry also to the guys, because it really costs a lot of money to buy flowers on V-day...However, here in USA, right after the day, it's already 50-75% on SALE.. Just call me ELZ

Hehehe..Jeany..I do have an "eye" for flowers, and believe you me, from April 15, 1995-Sept. 1999, I received 24 long stemmed red roses every month without fail...Since then, if I miss the person, and I see beautiful roses like I used to receive, I buy them and offer to my simple altar where Sto. Nino is stalled...Nothing wrong with that..But making other people believe that someone actually sent them to you? $60 .00dollars to $100.00 is too much money for just flowers... good thing i have roses plants so i got it for free now lol... but i'm an orchids lover... The most beautiful thing can not b seen & touched it must felt with heart
